We are hiring IT Mainframe Engineer!
Role: IT Mainframe Engineer - CRM
Supporting: Enterprise Financial Services Environment
Location: Remote (U.S.A)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: ~7 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve programming bugs within a mainframe environment
• Support and maintain batch processing systems
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members during training and support of lower environments
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for nightly batch support
• Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and support

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in mainframe programming and production support
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • COBOL
  • CICS
  • DB2
  • JCL
• Proven analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience with FIS/Systematics Core Banking applications

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $70.50 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
