    What You'll Do

    As our Weekend LPN, you'll serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring resident health status and responding to changes in condition

    • Managing diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration

    • Coordinating communication with physicians, home health agencies, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners

    • Building positive relationships with residents and their families

    • Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

    • Providing clinical oversight, guidance, and support to caregivers and Medication Technicians

    • Ensuring resident care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and excellence

    • Supporting compliance with state regulations and community policies

    • Promoting a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the community

    What We're Looking For

    • Current Washington State LPN license in good standing

    • Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and geriatric care

    • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced environment

    • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
