Location: Columbus, GA, 31906
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $18 - $23/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available: 
  • 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
    • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.
    • Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
    • Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance initiatives.
    • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
    • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
      • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
