What is the highest paid LPN job?

The highest paid LPN jobs are often in specialized fields such as radiology, where LPNs with additional certifications and experience can earn higher salaries. Salaries vary by location and employer, but LPNs working in outpatient or diagnostic imaging settings tend to have higher compensation compared to general nursing roles.

What kind of remote jobs can LPNs do?

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) can work remotely in roles such as telehealth nursing, patient triage, and health coaching, often providing patient education and support via phone or video. These positions typically require strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and relevant licensure, allowing LPNs to assist with non-acute patient care from home.

Can an LPN make $50 an hour?

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) typically earn less than $50 an hour, with average wages ranging from $18 to $30 per hour depending on location, experience, and work setting. In some high-demand areas or specialized roles, LPNs may earn closer to or above $40 per hour, but $50 is generally above the standard rate for LPNs in most regions.

Can LPN work in radiology?

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) typically do not work directly in radiology departments, as their scope of practice focuses on patient care and basic nursing tasks. However, LPNs may assist in radiology settings by preparing patients, monitoring vital signs, and supporting radiologic technologists, depending on state regulations and facility policies.
