This fleet is built around established regional lanes, no-touch dry van freight, and straightforward operations that allow drivers to focus on driving instead of dealing with constant route changes or unnecessary delays.• Average haul lengths of 700–750 miles• No-touch regional dry van freight• Majority drop-and-hook freight• 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks• Rider and pet program available after approvalRunning AreaDrivers operate throughout established regional lanes with consistent freight moving across multiple states. Most shipments are drop-and-hook, with some live unload freight depending on the customer. Freight is planned in advance to support steady weekly movement while helping reduce downtime between assignments. Organized load planning allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting for the next load.SchedulingThis fleet follows a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend.
