Home Instead is hiring part time and full-time caregivers to perform the essential work of keeping aging adults safe and comfortable at home. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
If you live in or near FORVILLE indiana or near 46040- We are looking for you.
Up tp 40 hours a week with competitive pay!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Alzheimer's Care

Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Prior to working for our clients, all Home Instead caregivers-we call ours Care Professionals, or Care Pros for short-will go through specific training designed by Home Instead and will receive an in-house certification in Personal Care tasks. These tasks include demonstrating ability to assist our clients with grooming, bathing, continence care, and mobility. After training, our Care Pros will feel confident going into the client's home and helping to support their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
Requirements to be a Home Instead Care Pro are:
  • Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
  • Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
  • Must be available to work a schedule up to 40 hours per week
