• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted to the cultural and personal backgrounds of individual patients.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns while fostering resilience and personal growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and paraprofessional staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge.
• Maintain thorough documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards while preserving client confidentiality.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, offering insights and learning from colleagues to enhance service delivery.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lighthouse Psychiatry Counseling Center, you will work with a rich tapestry of clients drawn from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. • A valid and current state license to practice as a mental health therapist in Arizona.
