This position will maintain visibility to the design process and assure adherence to Campbells standards and project deliverables while directly managing overall project execution. Additionally, this position will coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety groups inside and outside the organization.What you will do Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety teams to align projects with the plant needs.Develop and execute CAPEX projects from $25k to $1,000k+.Develop project scopes, detailed engineering designs/layouts and specifications.Direct and execute design, installation, construction, and commissioning of projects to ensure a seamless transition to operations.Manage and control budgets, provide cost forecasts and cash flow projections.Provide technical and troubleshooting support for operations and maintenance.Strong knowledge of process design and engineering principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills to rally teams and inspire results.A track record of leading successful projects from start to finishAdaptability in a fast-paced industrial environmentDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvementProject managementSAPMicrosoft Office SuiteMicrosoft ProjectWho you will work with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, Warehousing and Corporate EngineeringWhat you bring to the table (Must Have)Bachelor?s degree in Engineering3+ years of experience as a project manager in a manufacturing environmentIt would be great to have (Nice to Have)Master?s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.PMP certificationLean Six Sigma Green/Black beltRelevant experience in food manufacturing, operations or process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma)Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$114,900-$158,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
