Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $20-$25

Shift: 1st or 3rd 

What's the Job?

  • Operate and oversee sheeters, rewinders, or coating presses within designated departments
  • Ensure production meets safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and monitor production parameters
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain smooth workflow
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and oversee a crew of up to four employees

What's Needed?

  • No minimum experience required; training provided
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery and using material handling equipment
  • Proficiency with measuring tools to verify product specifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
