We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators to join our team in Madera, CA! This role is responsible for operating grinding machines and other production equipment to process materials in accordance with quality and production standards.


Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Madera, CA

Pay Rate: $18/HR

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and business needs)

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift available


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate grinders to remove excess material and finish products to specifications
  • Operate production machinery such as presses, extruders, or cutters as assigned
  • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, gauges, and visual checks
  • Adjust machine settings and replace tooling as needed
  • Monitor machine operations and report malfunctions or irregularities
  • Complete required documentation and maintain production logs
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Assist with general production duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
