Pay Range:
$48.13 - $72.20
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
The Manager-Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for daily leadership and oversight of the procedural and pre/post care units of the cardiac cath lab and/or electrophysiology (EP) lab. Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates operational activities to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Works closely with the Director and leadership across the cardiovascular service line to accomplish goals and objectives related to quality, growth, fiscal responsibility.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health, applied sciences or related field is required.
  • Master's Degree in nursing, radiologic technology, healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab is required.
  • 3 years of supervisory/team lead or demonstrated leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiographer in the state of practice is required.
  • If Radiographer, certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Advanced certification in area of expertise is preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) from American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification from ARRT, OR certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
