Job Summary
We are looking for qualified, dedicated Home Care Aides to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are compassionate, detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Care, dementia care or Hospice experience is a plus. Join our team as a Home Care Aide where your dedication will make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve! PRN positions also available.

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisorย 
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alertย 
  • Provide meal preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities ย 
Qualifications
  • Home Care Aide/Home Health Aide experience
  • High School Diploma or GEDย 
  • One year prior professional experienceย 
  • Driverโ€™s license requiredย 
  • CPR certification requiredย 
Required documentation: CNA/PCA/HHA certification, updated PPD, Active driver's license, SS card, Covid vaccine information
This position will generally work in the Wake County/Johnston County area.
