QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Registered Nurse or expertise in Microbiology Licenses/Certifications: Attend APIC Basic IFC Course (if not previously attended to be completed within six (6) months) Continuing education programs related to Infection Control and Epidemiology License/Registration (if applicable) Experience: Familiar with computer data systems RESPONSIBLE TO: Infection Control Coordinator SUMMARY: The Infection Control Nurse participates with the Infection Control Committee within Columbia Memorial Hospital to assure there is a maintenance of infection control measures and a safe environment of patients, staff and visitors. Salary Range: $46.35 - $64.89
