About Coast Care
At Coast Care, we recognize the invaluable role that family members and close friends play in supporting loved ones. Through California's CalAIM initiative, we help individuals who are already caring for someone at home receive the training, support, and compensation they deserve.
We are currently hiring Personal Caregivers (PCGs) to support eligible Partners in Care insurance members who are enrolled in Medi-Cal and living in San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside, or Imperial County.
As a Personal Caregiver, you'll help your loved one remain safe, healthy, and independent at home while being recognized and supported for the care you already provide.
Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Caregiver, you may assist with:
Personal Care AssistanceHelp with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other daily living needs.
Meal PreparationPrepare and serve meals based on your loved one's dietary needs.
Medication RemindersProvide reminders to help ensure medications are taken on time.
Light HousekeepingHelp maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
CompanionshipOffer emotional support, conversation, and meaningful connection.
DocumentationKeep simple records of care activities and observations as required.
