The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and have strong follow through ability, and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Court appearanceโ€“ live in person is on a daily basis, travel to attend depositions. Meeting with clients for court preparation, as well as handling client intakes.
  • Other โ€“ to prepare files other forms of documentation for court hearings.ย  General day to day client meetings and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:ย 

  • Litigation skills
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
