Immediate Hire: CNA or Experienced HHA
Schedule: Multiple positions open
Shifts: 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hr and 12hr shifts
9a-5p, 8am-11am, 4p-8p, 8am-8pm, 9am-12pm, 9am-3pm

Location: Multiple positions in the St. Louis, St. Charles, Fenton and Arnold area
We are seeking mature, professional, and seasoned caregivers to join our team immediately. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you!
Duties
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse
  • Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication management
  • Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
  • Support clients with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to healthcare professionals
  • Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions
  • Engage in hospice care when needed, ensuring comfort during end-of-life stages

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in home health care or assisted living environments
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to patient care
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require long-term care
  • Understanding of catheter care and other specialized medical needs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a caregiving role that may include live-in employment situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNA or HHA
Must have own reliable transportation
Available for weekends and holidays
