High School Degree; Must be currently Enrolled/Registered student attending the University of Kentucky.
Required Related Experience
High School Degree & some customer service experience.
Required License/Registration/Certification
None
Physical Requirements
To be able to lift, push or pull objects up to 25 lbs.
Shift
Office hours: Monday - Friday may be available based on office needs.
Athletic Events: Weeknights and weekend athletic events: Required to work all home football games and select athletic events for all 7 other UK Athletic ticketed sports throughout the season, and other events hosted by UK Athletics.
Job Summary
In accordance with established policies and procedures, provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person at the ticket office. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via phone, mail, and walk-up orders. Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Other assignments may include but are not limited to mobile ticket help zones, the compliance pass entrance, will call distribution and scanning operations.
Must be able/willing to work some nights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games. Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events. Perform other tasks as assigned by Ticket Office staff.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience in a customer service position, both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and possess effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
