RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Administer safe and effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy and assist with diagnostic testing to patients under the supervision of a hyperbaric provider. All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered and reviewed by the hyperbaric provider. Provides daily maintenance and safety checks prior to daily operations.


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent. 
Training in one of the following medical professions required: Respiratory Therapy, Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN), Emergency Medical Technology, Successful completion of the 40-hour Primary Hyperbaric Training course within 6 months of hire.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
BLS Certification required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Georgia license or certification required in one of the following areas: 
Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician 
Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) 
Emergency Medical Technician 
Certified Hyperbaric Technologist 
Other CHT qualifying certification 
Wound, Hyperbaric, or critical care experience is preferred.
