Job description

Job Summary:
Humano is currently seeking motivated Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers to join our team at our Anderson, SC warehouse location for 1st and 2nd shift. As a Warehouse Associate/Freight Handler, you will be responsible for unloading containers by hand, palletizing and wrapping them, and loading outbound trailers. This role does not involve heavy machinery and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs on an ongoing basis for extended periods. Please note - this is not a travel team site; candidates must live locally. Humano offers Daily Pay with bi-weekly payroll and the option to access earnings instantly.
Responsibilities:
- Unload containers manually and efficiently
- Palletizing and wrapping
- Load outbound trailers with sorted items
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor role preferred, but not mandatory - willing to train!
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Shift and Compensation:

  • st Shift: Mon-Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm (full-time)
    - 2nd Shift: Mon-Friday 4:00 pm to midnight.(full-time)
    - Compensation: Production-based pay with the opportunity to earn between $18 - $23 per hour based on efficiency. The minimum hourly wage is $18. Humano sends daily texts at the end of each shift for transparent daily earnings tracking.
