What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the connection between our customers, warehouse, delivery teams, and service departments to ensure every order is handled with care and accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions by phone and email
  • Resolving delivery concerns, service requests, claims, and product issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Helping customers feel heard while confidently navigating and resolving challenging situations

Experience
