Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to discern clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Engage clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, delivering services via secure online platforms while adapting approaches to meet the individual's specific preferences.
• Assist clients in setting therapeutic objectives, providing consistent support and progress evaluations throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, whether cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, or humanistic, ensuring the therapeutic process aligns with clients’ goals.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and clients’ mental health status to inform ongoing treatment adjustments and track client improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role is critical in providing tailored support that empowers clients across the Los Angeles area to navigate their personal situations effectively.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding regarding diverse client experiences and challenges, ensuring a compassionate approach to care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, allowing you to conduct multiple therapy sessions and manage documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in remote therapy or telehealth settings, familiarizing you with digital therapy tools and client interaction protocols.
• A background in working with varied demographics, enhancing your capability to relate with clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
