What You’ll Do as an In Home Caregiver:
Provide safety and support to someone who needs a helping hand:

  • Mobility assistance

  • Meal preparation

  • Personal hygiene (such as toileting, bathing, and grooming)

  • Dressing

  • Medication reminders

  • Light house cleaning

  • Running errands

  • Companionship and social interaction

  • Transportation to appointments

  • Every client is different - what are your unique skills and experience?

Pay and Benefits:

Our Home Caregivers are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t build meaningful relationships with our clients, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day.

In taking this position as a Home Caregiver, you would receive:

  • Competitive pay ($20-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)

  • Flexible schedule (you select shifts to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts, regular or fill-ins only)

  • Weekly paychecks

  • Paid mileage when transporting clients

  • Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays

  • Paid sick time

  • Paid annual training

  • Mobile clock in/out

Ongoing training and development for Home Caregivers:

  • Annual Training available online or in the office

  • Support from local Care Coordinators - who will introduce you personally to each new client and provide an overview of their needs
