Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical examination (within the past year)
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or chest X-ray (within the past 5 years)
• MMR immunization records (within the past 10 years)
