Job description

Are You Friendly, a Quick-thinker, Professional, and Compassionate? Are You Looking for a Job That Will Change Lives? If so, we'd love to meet you! Our office team is looking for someone to join us to train as a Case Coordinator and help support our community in Key West. 

Case Coordinators are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phones to being in the field interacting with clients and referral sources, a Case Coordinator's scope of responsibility is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. A mix of social services, operations, scheduling, and customer service are all parts of a Case Coordinator's exciting role.

Case Coordinator Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with prospective clients
  • Assisting with registering caregivers 
  • Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
  • Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
  • Completing customer service visits with clients
  • Working as a team in an office environment.

Case Coordinator Job Requirements

  • Nurturing ability (caring, empathetic, compassionate)
  • Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills
