Job description

This is an opportunity for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our elite Facilities and Services team in helping maintain a clean and safe environment on our Newton Park Campus. (This is a part-time 32 hours per week role)
You will be responsible for cleaning the University premises. Our team prides ourselves on our positive 'can do' approach towards supporting our students, staff and visitors. 
As a valued member of our vibrant team, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, transforming every corner of our campus into a sparkling haven of knowledge and innovation at the same time as providing excellent customer service.

  • Customer service experience

GRADE 2 - 32 hours per week (22,442 pro rata) (25,949 per annum)
  • The University is used for weekend events, courses and conferences. Therefore, staff will be required to work additional occasional weekends for which they will be paid in accordance with terms and conditions of service.
  • Cleaning is physical work including considerable amounts of bending, stretching and lifting.
