Location:
Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living
Join our team as a Grounds Worker I, where you will help maintain all exterior areas of the community, ensuring a beautiful and safe environment for our residents.
Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Compensation: commensurate for experience between $15.00 - $16.00 hourly

How you will make an impact
  • Assist in the maintenance of all lawns, trees, gardens and shrubbery
  • Upkeep of all exterior areas; including trash removal, weeding, pet stations, dog runs, fencing, etc.
  • Installation and maintenance of exterior signs
  • Assist residents with gardening
  • Assist in the snow removal of the community
  • Assistance in the maintenance of all associated equipment
  • Application of landscaping chemicals

What you will need
  • Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience preferred
  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license is required if operating Community vehicles
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to use required equipment and implement all plans formulated by Grounds Management
  • May be required to work a non-standard schedule. In addition, maybe assigned an on-call schedule as needed
