Job Details

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Permanent Foreclosure Attorney, barred in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal industry and is eager to use their expertise and knowledge in title reports, title claims, and liens. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and will be proficient in managing foreclosure processes from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee foreclosure processes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately and timely.
  2. Review and interpret title reports, title claims, and liens, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and team members.
  3. Draft, review, and file legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings, including complaints, motions, and judgments.
  4. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence to support foreclosure actions.
  5. Negotiate with opposing counsel, lenders, and borrowers to resolve disputes and reach settlements.
  6. Stay updated on changes in foreclosure laws, regulations, and industry trends in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  7. Collaborate with team members and clients, providing regular updates on case progress and potential issues.
  8. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and legal advice.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  2. Must be barred in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure law, with a strong understanding of title reports, title claims, and liens.
  4. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and laws.
