Foreclosure Performance Asset Manager

Responsible for building and strengthening the relationship between Auction.com and the Foreclosure clients, with the goal of securing all eligible Auction.com Foreclosure volume and ensuring Clients work with Foreclosure Operations in an efficient and effective manner.  This will be achieved by active management for Foreclosure Clients in conjunction with the Business Development colleague, to ensure Auction.com is viewed as a trusted and valued partner to them.  It will also entail regularly updating and analyzing Client-related data and advising on a variety of Foreclosure-related initiatives and embedding loyalty by meeting/exceeding their needs either directly or through other internal business partners.

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Serve as additional client contact in support of Business Development partner
  • Drive operational and performance initiatives to support department KPI’s
  • Create and issue routine reports to client Investor and Servicer partners
  • Facilitate data reconciliation between operating platforms including any necessary system updates (pre- and post-sale updates)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in managing asset eligibility, partnering directly with clients and operational teams to maximize revenue
  • Work with client partners to obtain missing data including marketing photos
  • Internal liaison for client operators providing our partners with an outlet for client communication     
  • Ensure timeliness, quality and completeness of assigned tasks

 Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced computer proficiency related to MS Office and MS Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers
  • Ability to analyze and research data for accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

Education/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industries, with a detailed knowledge and experience in foreclosure sales, loss mitigation
  • Bachelor’s or associates degree with a concentration in business, real estate or related field preferred
