Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Foreclosure Sales Processor. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with detailed documentation, and can effectively manage multiple foreclosure files throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering accurate, timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage foreclosure files throughout the sales process while maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Verify foreclosure timelines and confirm all required legal and procedural steps have been completed
  • Review financial figures, bids, fees, and costs for accuracy prior to scheduled sales
  • Evaluate account activity, payment history, repayment plans, and servicing documentation
  • Confirm files meet investor and servicing guidelines before moving forward with foreclosure sales
  • Conduct required account research, including military status verification and related documentation
  • Coordinate foreclosure postponements and update file activity as needed
  • Monitor servicing platforms for sale approvals and account status changes

  • Assist with additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
