POSITION: Changeover Laborer
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Timely and accurate changeovers between different operational setups or shifts.
Ensures that all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use during changeover process.
Conduct inspection to identify issues.
Events changeover includes moving, arranging, setting and removal of items needed for events. Items requiring set-up and tear-down may include but are not limited to stages, tables, chairs, barricades, linens, and equipment.
For equestrian events, changeover may include but is not limited to the assembly and disassembly of animal penning.
Changeover may also include some cleaning and up-keep of buildings including buffing; dusting; sweeping; mopping; vacuuming; washing windows; cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats, and trash cans. Cleaning may include clean-up during and after events.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Previous custodial experience preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to work irregular hours, shifts that include nights, graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to promote safety and be able to communicate effectively in emergency situations.
