Position Summary

The Parking Ambassador is committed to providing world-class service for all State Farm Arena parking assets for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection, and safeguarding of guests and employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with world-class service. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00. 

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)

This position will remain open until November 13, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with directions and other venue information
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
  • Maximize amount of vehicles per lot
  • Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
  • Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots
Qualifications
  • Prior parking experience strongly preferred
  • Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must
  • Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and walk long distances as needed
  • Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
