Position Summary:

SSC Support Associate well versed and trained in a variety of the SSC Corporate Services functions to include Mail room, copy center, parcel shipping/receiving, and event assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mail Room Operations
  • Copy Center Operations
  • Parcel Shipping/Receiving
  • Pickup/Delivery Driver (non CDL), post office runs or special store delivers (non CDL)
  • Event assistance (training room set up, event set up and breakdown, assist security with parking lot coordination)
  • Cold/Inclement weather assistance (spreading salt, clearing/shoveling walkways)
  • Assist with cubical, office moves, and office equipment repair (setup & breakdown of cubical equipment/office desk repairs)
  • Other assigned duties as designated by department manager or supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: N/A

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping/custodial environment.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping/custodial environment

Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Soft Skills: Must be able to read and write in English. Ability to interact with all team members & management within the DC. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm or Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
