Position Summary: Responsible for hand portioning product to customer specification:
  • Uses a knife to cut boneless raw product into customer specified piece sizes.
  • Ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
  • Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
