We are Massachusetts’ leading designer and builder of custom decks, porches, sunrooms, patios and additions.  We design and construct high quality, award winning residential projects you will be proud of.  And we’re growing.  We need another professional who is creative, can meet with clients to understand their personal needs and desires, can design and sell custom project solutions.  You must live in the greater Boston area to do this job.
 
For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with:
-        Proven in-home sales experience,
-        Strong inter-personal skills,
-        Knowledge of residential construction, 
-        Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software, 
-        The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroom.
-        A degree in Architecture is advantageous
--      Note:  Income potential for this position is very high.
 
Successful candidates will:
-        Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom,
-        Listen to clients’ requirements and desires to expand their homes,
-        Design and sell solutions that meet clients’ residential needs within their budgets,
-        Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software.  We furnish qualified leads.  Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission.  Income potential is very high.  Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year.
