Boston’s cruise season is here, and we’re hiring Pier Staff to support safe, smooth passenger flow and operations at the Boston Cruise Port.

What You’ll Do
• Support passenger flow during embarkation and debarkation
• Assist with staging and movement of equipment
• Provide directions and customer service to guests
• Work alongside port security and other staff
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors
Pay amp; Perks
• $19.00 per hour with weekly pay
• Paid training
• Holiday Pay Incentive on company designated days
• Weekly cruise‑day schedules including weekends and holidays

Requirements
• Must be 18 or older (17 allowed only when school is not in session)
• Ability to stand and walk as needed
• Reliable transportation to the Boston Cruise Port

• Fluent in English (read and write)
