  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and psychiatric staff, to provide holistic care that focuses on all aspects of a client’s mental health.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting these clients through tailored therapeutic approaches that meet their unique needs, ultimately enabling them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing therapeutic services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing various therapeutic frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from all walks of life.
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all therapeutic interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a remote therapy setting or familiarity with telehealth platforms.
  • Specializations in specific therapeutic areas, such as working with children, trauma-informed care, or addiction recovery.
  • Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to better assist clients in accessing additional support as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance options.
