Key ResponsibilitiesIn your role as a Clinical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of individuals, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitating therapy sessions that involve both couple and family dynamics, providing options for individual sessions as needed.
- Addressing a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
- Engaging families in systemic therapy techniques to help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapies to ensure effective treatment and monitoring progress towards shared goals.
Our therapists primarily work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will be addressing complex family dynamics, blended family challenges, and individual concerns stemming from various life stressors such as medical issues, job stress, and significant life transitions. Each patient will benefit from a holistic approach tailored to their specific circumstances and emotional needs.
QualificationsTo join our dedicated team, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on ethical and culturally competent practices.
