This role is responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring homes are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple homes through all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate trade partners, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain construction schedules and proactively resolve delays.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Meet with homebuyers during key milestones and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and construction records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential construction management experience preferred.
  • Experience with production homebuilding and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused.
