They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across the Baltimore area. About The Role

As a Construction Project Manager, youโ€™ll oversee the administrative and financial management of construction projects from start to finish. Youโ€™ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with contract requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with construction project experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities and contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Review and validate vendor invoices and project costs
  • Monitor project financials, tracking budgets, actual costs, billing, and overall performance
  • Manage customer billing requirements and ensure accurate project reporting
  • Maintain complete project files including contracts, insurance, bonds, safety documentation, and specifications
  • Review field reports and communicate project updates with internal teams
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external stakeholders
  • Support compliance with contract requirements, government reporting, and project documentation standards
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination activities
What Theyโ€™re Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in construction management, project engineering, or a related role
  • Experience with construction documentation, contracts, RFIs, and submittals
  • Understanding of project financials, cost tracking, and scheduling processes
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
