What is a live in condo underwriter?

A Live In Condo Underwriter is a financial professional who evaluates and assesses the risk of insuring or lending to individuals purchasing or residing in condominium units, particularly when the owner lives in the unit. Their responsibilities include reviewing financial documents, property appraisals, and condominium association records to ensure that the property and borrower meet the lender’s or insurer’s guidelines.
