Caregiver / Personal Care Aide - Farmington, MI
CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support for clients in the Farmington area. Caregivers in this role assist individuals with daily living activities while supporting their safety, comfort, and independence in a home setting.
This position is suitable for dependable individuals who are able to work independently, follow care instructions, and communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and any changes in condition.
Job Duties
Caregivers may be responsible for the following tasks depending on client needs:
  • Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Provide companionship and general supervision
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Support clients with walking and safe ambulation
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
  • Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning, dishes, and laundry
  • Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
  • Assist with appointment transportation and errands when required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
  • Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the office
Schedule Options
We offer flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
