About Us

At Mayer Landscape, we take pride in delivering top-tier commercial and residential landscape services. We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews to success in the Cumming area!

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual maintenance supervisor with at least 3 years of experience managing landscaping crews. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure top-quality property care, and mentor crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and guide a landscape maintenance crew in the field.
  • Ensure all scheduled property maintenance is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with crew members in Spanish and with management/clients in English.
  • Manage daily paperwork, time tracking, and route logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a landscape maintenance crew.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for crew leadership and client communication).
  • Location: Must live in or around Cumming, GA (or be willing to commute reliably to the area).
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, safety standards, and crew management.
