Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Newton, Massachusetts, to operate on a Northeast fleet that offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset.

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • $0.80–$0.85 per mile
  • Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
  • Average ~1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
  • Average length of haul around 400 miles
  • Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
  • Late-model tractors (2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth)
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
  • Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
  • Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond

  • Drivers who opt to remain out rather than returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
  • Willingness to drive in New York City is advantageous but not required.

  • Valid Class A (CDL-A) license
  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
