Experienced flatbed drivers — this one's for you. Late-model Long Hood Kenworth W900s, assigned truck, consistent miles, and freight that pays what it's worth.

PAY & BONUSES

  • $0.65 CPM (all miles paid)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $0.05 CPM paid monthly (Driver Scorecard – idle, service, compliance, safety)
  • Average Weekly Gross: $1,600 – $2,100
  • Average Weekly Miles: 2,500 - 3,000
  • Tarp Pay: $50.00 per tarp
  • Layover, Detention, Multi-Stop Pay

EQUIPMENT

  • Long Hood Kenworth W900s – average age 2–3 years old
  • Truck permanently assigned to driver
  • Take your truck home on time off (safe parking required; plug-in in cold weather – no idling)
  • Automatic and manual transmissions; requests accommodated
  • Front and rear-facing cameras
  • Inverters on all trucks; some with APUs

FREIGHT

  • Urine drug test required
  • No SAP drivers – lifetime disqualification
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
  • No felonies in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months – no exceptions
  • No serious preventable crashes in the past 3 years
  • No major moving violations in the past 3 years
