Restaurant General Manager | Bend, OR | Base Salary to $85K + 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance

Are you a proven Restaurant General Manager ready to lead a thriving, high-energy concept in one of the most vibrant and desirable markets in the Pacific Northwest? A well-established, growth-oriented restaurant group is seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager for its flagship location in Bend, Oregon.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where culture is not just a buzzword — it is the foundation of daily operations. The ownership group is known for investing heavily in its people, fostering a positive, accountable, and guest-obsessed environment where strong operators can thrive and build long-term careers.

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of a high-volume, thriving restaurant concept in Bend, OR. This is not a turnaround. This is a chance to lead a successful operation, protect and elevate an already strong culture, drive consistent excellence in food, service, and hospitality, and maximize both guest experience and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, team development, and operational excellence
  • Own P&L performance, labor management, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team while modeling the company’s values daily
  • Uphold and continuously strengthen the restaurant’s vibrant culture and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
  • Partner closely with ownership and multi-unit leadership on local marketing, community engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary up to $85,000
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for the General Manager
  • Additional benefits package (details discussed during interview process)
  • Opportunity to grow with a thriving concept in a highly desirable market

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Restaurant General Manager experience in full-service or high-volume concepts
  • Strong track record of building positive team cultures and delivering consistent operational results
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Willingness to live and work in the Bend, Oregon area

Why Bend, Oregon?

Bend offers an exceptional quality of life — outdoor recreation, a thriving local food and beverage scene, and a community that values both work and lifestyle balance. This role allows you to lead a successful restaurant while living in one of the most sought-after cities in the Western United States.

If you are a culture-driven Restaurant General Manager looking for a long-term home with strong ownership support, competitive pay, and fully paid health benefits, we want to hear from you.
