Project Manager

Overview

Project Management resource to lead multiple initiatives to onboard a new transportation services sub contractor that is responsible for 170+ dealerships and distribution centers. The projects will range for system/interface changes, to contract compliance, to communications and pulling key stakeholders together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent business initiatives including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and status reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones
  • Change Management planning and preparation
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level status reports
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Partner with business units across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and/or IT to align project goals with organizational priorities
  • Drive accountability across project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support process improvement efforts and contribute to PMO standards and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Management, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics, automotive, financial services, or dealership operations
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
