We're not just hiring a BCBA Director — we’re inviting you to become part of a collaborative, compassionate, and mission-driven team where your voice matters, your growth is a priority, and your work creates real impact.

Location: Bellevue, WA  (in-home and center-based clinical services)

Base salary potential: $90,000 -$100,000

Full-Time | In-Home | In- Center Flexible Scheduling

About Us:

Cole Health is a well-established, high-caliber provider of pediatric therapy services across Texas, delivering ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy with excellence for over two decades. We’re now bringing our proven ABA services to Bellevue, Washington, alongside our already thriving ST, OT, and PT clinic in the community.

As we expand into Washington with ABA, we are starting with an in-home therapy program to serve local families, as well as an in center program to build trusted relationships, and establish a strong presence in the area. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a BCBA who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and is ready to take on the Director leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

As our WA-based ABA services Director, you’ll have the unique chance to create and grow a high-quality in-home/In-Center ABA program from the ground up, with strong support from our seasoned clinical leadership teams in Houston and Central Texas.

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, etc.)
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy in clients’ homes/ in center
  • Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs/BTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers to ensure skill generalization and family success
  • Establish and refine systems for in-home ABA delivery, and setting the foundation for clinical growth
  • Act as a program builder and innovator, helping pave the way for future growth in the area.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a self-starter who is:

  • Energized by the idea of building a program as if it were their own — with the backing, resources, and stability of an established clinical provider
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and creative in finding solutions that serve families best
  • Experienced in in-home ABA therapy and confident in adapting ABA best practices to a home environment
  • Experienced in center-based ABA therapy and confident in adapting ABA best practices to in-center environment
  • Excited to coach, teach, and guide others as the program expands
  • Professional, adaptable, and driven by a passion for making an impact in the WA community

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential (good standing with BACB); WA licensure if required
  • 2+ years of BCBA experience, with strong in-home therapy background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and train/support RBTs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually (full-time)
  • Manageable caseloads focused on quality outcomes
  • Full benefits package, including:
    • Health, dental, vision insurance
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • Paid time off + holidays
    • Life/disability insurance options
  • Mileage reimbursement for in-home services
  • Paid internal training + CEU/professional development reimbursement
  • Future opportunities for clinical leadership and program development roles as WA services expand

Why Join Cole Health?

  • Build something meaningful in WA communities - shaping our in-home and in-clinic ABA programs from the ground up.
  • Work alongside a supportive, experienced clinical team that values collaboration and innovation
  • Create your dream program with the stability and resources of an established brand behind you
  • Step into a leadership pathway with opportunities to teach, mentor, and guide future BCBAs as the program grows
