• Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
• Job Type: Contractor (approximately 15 hours per week)

• Design and develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering challenges
• Create reproducible testing environments with comprehensive specifications and golden reference solutions
• Bug fixing and debugging complex software issues
• Feature implementation and development
• Codebase refactoring and optimization
• Performance optimization and scalability improvements
• Write clean, maintainable code that serves as a reference standard for AI model evaluation
• Document problem specifications, solution approaches, and implementation details thoroughly
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices development

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following:
  • Python 3
  • Java

Compensation is output‑based, with payment provided per completed task that meets project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on your experience level and workflow efficiency. Minimum submission requirements apply, and experts are expected to submit a minimum number of tasks per week to maintain active status.
