Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

At UiPath, our flagship events are where our brand comes to life—bringing our vision, innovation, and customer stories to the world’s biggest stages. We're looking for an experienced event programming and production leader to create unforgettable experiences that captivate customers, partners, analysts, press, and employees while setting the standard for our global event portfolio.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Shape the defining moments of the UiPath brand by creating world-class keynote and mainstage experiences that captivate customers, partners, analysts, press, and employees through exceptional storytelling and live event production.

  • Lead flagship event programming by owning the end-to-end content experience for FUSION Las Vegas and supporting regional flagship events and with scalable programming and production.

  • Lead executive and internal and external speaker readiness by managing speaker selection, briefing, content reviews, rehearsals, executive handling, and on-stage support to ensure polished, confident presentations and seamless live delivery.

  • Develop compelling event experiences by translating strategic narratives into keynote storylines, agendas, speaker lineups, and customer journeys.

  • Drive content operations by managing content timelines, approvals, rehearsals, and cross-functional coordination from planning through onsite execution.

  • Produce world-class live experiences by partnering with production teams and others to deliver seamless keynotes, breakout sessions, and on-stage experiences.

  • Develop and deploy a scalable \"event-in-a-box\" model that packages FUSION programing, content, and production assets into a repeatable format for regional teams to execute flagship events consistently around the globe.

  • Build scalable event assets by partnering with Product Marketing to develop reusable content, presentations, demos, and Event-in-a-Box materials that enable consistent execution across the global event portfolio.

  • Collaborate across the business with Product Marketing, Global Demand Generation, Product, Sales, Executive Communications, and Regional Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll bring to the team
  • 8+ years of experience producing large-scale b-to-b tech conferences or corporate events.

  • Experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content.

  • Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution.

  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

  • Experience using event management tools such as Bizzabo

  • Excellent communication and executive presence.

Success in This Role

  • Deliver world-class flagship event experiences.

  • Create compelling keynote and breakout programming.

  • Ensure consistent attendee experiences across the FUSION portfolio.

  • Increase content reuse through scalable Event-in-a-Box assets.

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for speakers and executives.

  • Build repeatable content operations that improve efficiency and quality across the global events program.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.

We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes.
