Aesthetic Injector - Hyattsville, MD

Compensation: $45 - $52 per hour

** Overview: Nexus HR is seeking a certified Aesthetic Injector to join a medical spa team in Hyattsville, MD. The candidate should be experienced in performing Botox and other neurotoxin injections, with additional skills in dermal fillers and aesthetic procedures preferred. This position calls for in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, strict attention to patient safety, and familiarity with current best practices and advanced cosmetic techniques.**

Nexus HR is seeking a talented and certified Aesthetic Injector to join a growing medical spa team focused on delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments and personalized patient care. In this role, you will perform Botox, neurotoxin, and dermal filler injections while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and natural-looking results. The position requires strong knowledge of facial anatomy, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed medical professional who is passionate about aesthetics and staying current with modern injection techniques and industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Botox injections and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ aesthetic concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

  • Maintain patient records and follow proper documentation protocols.

  • Provide pre- and post-treatment education and care instructions to clients.

  • Ensure compliance with Maryland state regulations and safety protocols.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education in medical aesthetics.

  • Work collaboratively with the supervising physician and the medical team.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetics preferred.

  • Prior work in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is a plus.

  • Must hold a valid Maryland professional license as an NP, PA, RN, or MD.

  • Certification in Botox and dermal fillers preferred.

  • Additional training or certification from recognized organizations such as American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Medical Esthetic Training, or Allergan is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional patient care and develop long-term client relationships.

  • Solid understanding of facial anatomy and proper injection techniques.

  • Familiarity with cosmetic injectable procedures and safety standards.
